Opt Out Online

If you do not wish to participate in the Arlington Community Choice Aggregation program, please contact the program supplier, Dynegy, directly at (866) 220-5696 Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST, or via email at DESCustCare@Dynegy.com. Please have your Eversource account information available when contacting. You may also opt out using the online form below. Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Because switching suppliers requires at least two days to process by your utility, you are encouraged to opt-out of the program at least seven (7) business days prior to the meter read date indicated on your utility bill in order to ensure re-enrollment occurs on a timely basis.

There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out. Once you have opted out, your supply will revert back to Eversource Basic Service. If you are currently receiving electricity supply from Dynegy and are opting out, your supply will revert back to Eversource Basic Service on the next available meter read date for your account.

Please note, if you are a residential or small commercial account holder, you may re-enroll in the program at a later date with no associated re-enrollment fees at the rates scheduled under the original program terms. The aggregation program rate will be reflected on the account holder’s utility bill on the next available billing cycle.
